Students participate in ‘Get Ignited’ workshop Goal setting , planning, self-motivation, effective management of time and flexibility are some of ingredients of success, Founder and Managing Trustee of Ignited India Initiative (3i) Rahul Kapoor has said. Participating in the ‘Get ignited’ workshop held at Sona college of Technology here on Saturday, he urged the students to assess their strengths and weakness, identify values and set goals. The goals he said should be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound. Students should also identify a mentor who could guide them achieve their goals.
